Hallo,
meine neue Microsoft Bluetooth Tastatur bringt mich zum Wahnsinn.(https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/d/m...ard/919v6qb80zg3?activetab=pivot:übersichttab)
Alle 10 Minuten geht sie ca automatisch aus und es braucht bis zu 30 Sekunden bis sie sich wieder verbindet, nach einem Tastenschlag.
Gibt es den keine Option das auszuschalten?? Kann man nicht selbst bestimmen wie schnell die Batterien leer werden.
Habe auch schon alles mögliche probiert.
Habe die neusten Bluetooth Treiber. Neuste Windows 11 Updates. Habe eingestellt das der Computer das Gerät nicht ausschalten kann um Energie zu sparen ohne Erfolg. Habe auch das Microsoft Tastatur und Maus Center heruntergeladen, aber dort kann man auch nichts einstellen.
Das Problem liegt an der Tastatur.
Folgende Schritte hab ich schon aus sämtlichen Foren gelesen und versucht:

- Press Windows key + W and type troubleshooting.
- Select Troubleshooting.
- Select View all on the top left corner.
- Click on Power.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
Method 2: I suggest you to the below steps to change the settings for keyboard and check if it helps.
- Press “windows+X” and go to “control panel”.
- Click on “device and printers”.
- Right click on the “Bluetooth keyboard” and click on “properties”.
- Under “hardware tab” click on the keyboard device and go to “properties”.
- Then under “general” tab click on “change settings”.
- Click on “power management” tab and uncheck the box “allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
- Then click on “ok” and restart the computer, check if the issue persist or not.
