Ein halbes Jahr lang haben Windows 7 und Windows 8.1 Nutzer die Möglichkeit, auf Windows 10 zu Upgraden.
Microsoft bleiben nur noch 6 Monate, um mit dem „Gratis“ Argument, so viele Kunden wie möglich einen Wechsel schmackhaft zu machen.
Danach dürfte bis zum Supportende von Windows 7 (2020) deutlich abnehmen. Bis 2018 wollen die von MS aber 1 Milliarde Windows 10 Geräte im Umlauf haben – das kann knapp werden.
