Bluetooth headset keeps disconnecting

HI

Recently i get a problem with my Solo 3 headset , i'm using a Bluetooth adapter to pair the headset to my PC but after around 15 minute the sound disappear for 5 minute continually , I should mention something when the sound disappear the headset still showing as connected .

anyone know why this happens and how i can fix it
